 WHAT IS VERVE S?

It’s an Eco friendly electrical shared scooter service that’s provides a convenient way to travel around the busy city streets. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to get around the city at a reasonable cost.

 HOW DOES IT COST TO RIDE?

1 dollar to start and .15 cents every minute there after

 HOW FAR CAN I RIDE THE SCOOTER?

You can ride the scooters as far as you want within the city limits as long as the battery life allows, but we recommend that you use the scooters to explore the vivacity of Philadelphia.

 HOW FAST CAN THE SCOOTERS GO?

The scooters can reach top safe speed of 25mphs, but we recommend you follow your local laws and guidelines of shared Electrical scooters.

 CAN I RENT MULTIPLE SCOOTERS AT ONCE?

Each rider will need their own smartphone account in order to rent our scooters, but you can add multiple accounts for the same payment method. For planned group excursions, please contact us via email.

 HOW CAN I FIND SCOOTERS VIA THE APP?

Once you download the verve.S app you will be directed to the closest scooter in your area.

 CAN I TRANSPORT THE SCOOTER IN MY CAR?

Please under no circumstances take our scooters in other forms of transportations such as cars, trains, buses, etc.

 CAN I RIDE IN THE RAIN?

We do not recommend you ride the scooter in inclement weather.

 HOW DO I START A RIDE?

To start a ride, scan or enter the six digit code and press “Lock” option appears, manually kick-push the scooter like you would a non-electric scooter to get it moving and then press down on the throttle. Make sure you allow the app to use cellular data in the background and you enable your location. When you are done, tap “Finish Ride”

 WHEE SHOULD I PARK MY SCOOTER AFTER MY RIDE?

We encourage riders to park near public bike racks or accessible public location that do not cause an obstruction of the sidewalk. Do not park scooters in areas that could block driveways, doors, or other pathways. Our scooter should never be parked in a gated location and underground parking garages that could make it difficult for other riders to access the scooter.

 WHAT IF MY VEHICLE ISN’T WORKING?

Please check the “How To Ride” section of the app, and if you still experiencing trouble please contact customer service via email.

 HOW DO I UPLOAD MY DRIVER’S LICENSE?

The first time you ride with us, you may be prompted to upload a valid driver's license. Follow the steps below to ensure your license is uploaded successfully. Once you have located a vehicle, scan the QR code to begin the unlocking process. Or, manually enter the six digit code which can be found between the handlebars. Your camera will then automatically open within the app and you will be asked to scan your license. Center the front side of your license within the camera frame and capture an image. Be sure to steady the camera over the license to get a clear and legible photo. You will then be prompted to upload an image of the back of your license. Turn the ID over to scan the back of the card. Once completed, your vehicle will unlock. *If the scan fails, please contact customer service via email. Only valid driver licenses will be accepted. Verve.S does not accept identification cards, passports, student IDs, or expired cards.

 HOW DO I REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD?

Please contact customer service via email for support. Please the last four digits of the card under your account for verification.

 WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

We accept most credit cards and debit cards

 WHY IS THERE A PENDING CHARGE ON MY CARD?

Like other apps, we use temporary authorizations to confirm your payment card. You are not typically charged for these authorizations, but they appear as "pending" on your statement and may take several days. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact customer service via email.

 HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO RIDE?

We require all rider to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

 DO I NEED A DRIVER LISCENSE TO RIDE?

Yes, we require all riders to have a valid driver liscense. We do not accept state ids, passport or student ids.

 CAN I USE AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVER LISCENSE?

 HOW DO I BECOME A CHARGER?

You can sign up via email. Once you sign-up, our Charger Onboarding Team will reach out as additional Chargers are needed. The selection could take a few days, weeks, or months depending on the need. Once you’ve been selected, we will ship your power supplies
